KEY Responsibilities

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR tasks and duties
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to prospects
  • Compile and update employee records (soft copies)
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, trainings etc)
  • Deal with prospect requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
